Armor Customer Commitment
A Sense of Urgency

1- We will always respond to you within 24 hours
     (usually within 4 hours)

2- If someone is not available due to vacation or illness, they will always provide their back-up person's name and number on 
    voicemail and email.  Your job does not stop!

3- We will never tell you "I don't know" without following it with "I will find out and let you know".

4- We will never be late on commitment without calling you before the due date with the reason for the delay and a new
    completion date.

5- You will always speak to one person who will take "ownership" and not pass you on.
